The CLS meeting for November has been cancelled.

CLS Code Release – 11/7/23

The next CLS code release will be Nov 7th, and includes a fix for a missing dependency for the httpproxy module, warning messages for the openafs client and Base profile, and removal of the AFS and Software profiles from workstation roles.

The next CLS code release will be Sept 5th, and includes the removal of the Base Profile from the shared code roles.

CLS Working Meeting – Sept 2023 (Cancelled)

In light for the start of semester and a lack of relevant updates, the CLS meeting for September has been cancelled. We will have an optional drop-in session for anyone who needs assistance working through the transition away from the Base Profile.

CLS Code Release – 7/26/23

The next CLS code release will be July 26th, and includes an additional SSH HMAC in the default settings, updates to the software profile and EPEL management, and new features on the automatic_updates profile.

Foreman Server Upgrade – 3.6

On Aug 10th beginning at 10:00 AM EST, we will be taking the CLS Foreman service offline for an upgrade to version 3.6.

The next CLS code release will be July 12th, and includes updates to the remote access profile to harden SSHD by default, and adds a new DNS profile to configure /etc/hosts.
